Hello I'm Jane, I am a BACP registered counsellor and coach with over 10 years experience. I offer a safe, calm, confidential and non-judgemental space, to support you with whatever is causing you difficulty. I'll help you to gain insight, understanding, and to explore how to move forwards. I understand how difficult it may be to take that first step to start counselling, and to find a therapist you feel comfortable to talk through what is troubling you. At the core of what I offer, is a belief that change is possible, and that I am able to provide a safe relationship and framework to explore and move from where you are now to where you want to be. I am an integrative practitioner, with a foundation in humanistic therapy, with additional advanced qualifications and experience in CBT Coaching, NLP, & PPDA.
Before I trained as a counsellor I have worked in a corporate environment where I was supporting employees experiencing high levels of stress. I moved into coaching, counselling and mentoring as I wanted to be able to accompany clients through their journey through change and to find ways to alleviate stress and embrace more internal freedom.
