Do you ever feel that your life could be better? I am a Clinical Psychologist with 28 years' experience, both in the NHS and Private Practice. I have experience of many different types of psychological problems and I am trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches which, after listening to your concerns and getting to know you, I blend to create a tailored plan to suit each individual client.
I would like to use my experience to understand your unique personality, values, beliefs, life experiences and goals, to help you to find what is special about you and how to use these strengths to improve your life. This can often be the key to working with the particular problems or emotional distress you for which you are seeking help.
