I trained as a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist with the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. I have 20 years of experience working in the Public Sector with young people and adults with a range of emotional and mental health needs. I currently work in the NHS as a Highly Specialised Psychotherapist and have my own Private Practice. I work with adults and young people experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and negative cycles of behaviour that they are stuck in.

As an addition to my practice I have a herd of horses that assist me in providing quality therapeutic interventions for trauma, identity and low self-worth.
