I work with people who are willing to look deeply at their inner worlds and how they connect with the bigger picture.
My preferred therapeutic model is IFS (Internal Family Systems). It can help us reestablish a sense of connectedness and perspective, inside and out.
I hold perspective so that clients can carry out these delicate and important explorations. Taking therapy outdoors makes sense to me: in the garden or by the river. I work with ancestors, art, music, myth, stories and client-devised ceremonies. And through all of this, I listen carefully to my clients' needs as they emerge.
