If you're looking for support for your mental wellbeing, whether for past experiences of trauma or for a more current dilemma, depression or anxiety, or you're at a crossroads in life, I can help you to feel heard, supported and ready to face the future with confidence. I work with an integrative approach which means I have many techniques and frameworks which you can learn to use yourself for your future beyond counselling.
I provide a warm, kind, non-judgemental space for you to explore what may be going on for you whilst supporting you with proven developmental techniques to build your resilience and optimism. I have experience of working in the emergency services and schools. I also have special interests in domestic abuse, neurodiversity, PTSD and the menopause.
I understand that trusting someone new with your innermost feelings is a huge step. You can be assured I will treat you and your information sensitively and confidentially, bound by an ethical framework. I offer an free initial telephone consultation to ensure you're comfortable to go ahead and we'll work at a pace that suits you.
