I work with individuals (adults, adolescents and children of all ages), couples, families and groups, who bring with them a range of life’s problems, challenges and possibilities. My aim is to encourage a deeper sense of self-awareness whilst focusing on the individual’s whole experience of life (behaviour, thoughts and feelings). Some clients bring specific issues to therapy: depression, anxiety, stress, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, relationship issues, eating disorders, low self-confidence, loss, unhappiness with work, home or life in general. I have an interest and experience working with people who have expereinced trauma.
I create a safe and grounded space in which I facilitate the healing, creativity and personal growth of my clients. I focus on the client and their individuality and uniqueness working with whatever they bring to our sessions whilst focusing on long term change.
I welcome all enquries and I am happy to answer questions about the therapy process. My aim is to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clinets, and to enable them to take ownership of their therapy and their futures.
