Hi, I'm a Counsellor,Psychotherapist and Couples therapist based in Marchwood, near Southampton but also offer online/ telephone therapy . Counselling is a place to help you explore the personal worries and issues you face. I aim to listen in an accepting, understanding, therapeutic and confidential way to build a warm, honest, genuine and open relationship between us in which you find trust in me and yourself, to explore your personal world. I believe this will enable you to reflect and make the best decisions for yourself in order to develop your own personal growth.
One to one sessions for adults 18+. I have experience of working with all adults and young people from all walks of life, obtained during my work in a local college, Cancer Care Centre and private practise. I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of my clients and helping them to grow and thrive. I am also a relationship and couples therapist.
Person centred counselling is a process in which, as a therapist, I do my best to provide you with the conditions you need to be able to feel safe and heard, to talk freely and fearlessly, to grow towards a greater degree of honesty with yourself with more certainty about your own real needs and feelings.
