Life is complicated, sometimes full of challenges which can become easier to cope with when someone non-judgemental really listens to you, enabling you to navigate a way forward. I am able to offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever difficulties you may be facing. I offer both short term therapy and longer open-ended work, the choice is yours. Each client is unique and I work according to your needs. I specialise in young people and adults, coping with the complexities life can throw, often causing anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
Alongside seeing clients privately I am a counsellor for the charity MIND supporting adults experiencing mental health problems, I also work in a secondary school and enjoy working with young people and the challenges they face. I have many years experience as a Samaritan supporting callers with all types of issues.
