My name is Jane and I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor. I have been working in private practice for 25 years. I work from my cottage in Clare. It is a cosy, safe space that is easy to find and there is plenty of free parking that can be accessed close by.
I have extensive training and offer short and long term therapy. I work with individuals and have specialist training in working with couples and working with addictions. Over the years I have worked as a Counsellor for Depression for Suffolk Wellbeing service and I also work with Employee Assistance Programmes such as Optum, Axa and Health Hero.
I have specialist training working with couples. Couples counselling can allow you to reconnect with each other and improve communication. The aim of therapy is to help create a happy, healthy and secure relationship.
I am trained in working with addictions. Therapy can help you explore the causes of your addiction to help you stop your addictive behaviour.
