Hi my name is Jane and I am a fully accredited counsellor with The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP accred) and registered independent counsellor United Kingdom Register of counsellors. Ive been working with people since the 80s but started offering counselling from 1999. I have worked within the NHS, as a therapist , and I run a private practise, in newton mearns. I have now retired from the NHS , after over 20years of offering therapy. I have also taught counselling within some university courses . I offer counselling for individuals, couples and clinical supervision for students and counsellors
Distress can be overwhelming/numbing /tolerated ,...but so sore and debilitating, in letting us live a full life . I hope to create a space wherein we can explore, talk , process and find a way for you to live more fully again . I’m an expert in therapy but NOT an expert in living in your skin so therapy is a process where we both share the journey
