As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where I can help you gain insight into the less conscious aspects of your thinking, behaviour and feelings. I can offer brief focused counselling where we can address a current situation, as well as longer term psychotherapy where we can work together to disentangle deeper rooted difficulties which may have built up over time as a result of your earliest experiences.
I specialise in relationship issues. Alongside my core qualification as a psychotherapist and counsellor working with individuals, I also trained in organisational dynamics, which means as well as helping you gain insight into your home and personal relationships I can also help you think about difficulties you may be experiencing in your professional life.
In addition to my private practice I work as a psychotherapist in an NHS hospital and have worked as a counsellor for Mind and The West London Counselling Centre.
