Our feelings can be confusing at times, and sometimes it may be difficult to know why we are feeling the way we are, and how we can help ourselves. As a counsellor I work alongside my clients and use a combination of therapeutic approaches in a way which is tailored to them. Through developing a greater understanding of yourself, and the possible reasons for your struggles, you can become more empowered to explore different choices going forward.
I offer counselling for both individuals and couples. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, I offer a caring and confidential space where you can talk freely about whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgment.
