Hello I’m Jane and I have been working as a Counsellor for over 15 years. I am an accredited member of the BACP. In my experience I have found that clients come to counselling for many different reasons. Sometimes it can be very specific but other times issues can be less clear. Maybe you have been feeling overwhelmed, stuck or more emotional than usual. People often discount how there feeling in the hope that it will go away. I can offer you a safe space where together we can explore what it is that you or others are noticing and help you manage any changes you may wish to make.
My experience is with Adults and 16+. I also have experience of workplace counselling.
