As a psychotherapist, I will work with you to think about what is troubling you with the aim of understanding your situation, thereby enabling you to move to a happier life. I believe that by looking at past events we can make sense of what is happening in the here and now. If you decide to contact me we will have a short conversation either by email or on the phone about your current issues and, if you are agreeable, make an appointment to meet for an introductory session. Further sessions can then be agreed depending on your needs. I am based at a fully accessible location in Uxbridge, five minutes walk from the Tube.
I specialise in problems in relationships of all kinds. I offer once weekly 50 minute sessions on a short or long term basis.
