I have worked 16 years with adolescent mental health and their families. I currently work with people, teens and adults alike, who are facing a wide range of mild to severe mental health conditions, ASD and ADHD and emotional and relational challenges.
My approach is primarily informed by my Systemic training, which considers the ways in which problems influence, and are influenced by, relationships, contexts and communication. I'm warm, curious, and deeply committed to co-creating a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship.
