Hi, my name is Jamie (she/her) and I am the therapist and owner of Lucent Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a person-centred therapist offering talk therapy both in-person and online. Working in a person-centred way means I value and respect the uniqueness of each person. I aim to offer a warm & confidential space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings, whether that’s healing past pains or working through present difficulties. I offer a free 15 minute introductory call to give us the opportunity to make contact, talk through what is bringing you to therapy and for you to get to know me and how I work.
I offer a welcoming, safe, and non-judgemental space in which you can explore whatever it is you choose to bring to your sessions. I won’t direct you or diagnose you, but I will try and help you to achieve more insight into yourself, finding your voice and personal power.
