There are many reasons we seek counselling throughout life. Perhaps you’re feeling sad, depressed, or anxious. Maybe you're going through loss or bereavement, struggling with anger or battling addictions. Or maybe you just don't feel yourself! Whatever it is you bring to counselling, I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and compassionate space to explore, unpack and work through the challenges you are facing.
I'm a fully UKCP-registered Psychotherapeutic counsellor working face-to-face in Bristol. I hold a Diploma in Humanistic and integrative Counselling gained from BCPC. I also draw from psychodynamic theory (how the past affects the present) to help my clients understand themselves on a deep level - A process of making the unconscious conscious.
I welcome people from all walks of life to my service and deeply value the differences in all of us. Rather than changing into something we are not, I believe it's important for us to celebrate who we really are.
