I understand how daunting and confusing it can be to find help at difficult moments in life - it takes courage, trust and vulnerability to share your inner world with another person.
My aim is to provide a space where you can discuss what’s on your mind openly without judgment and with confidentiality, empathy and acceptance. I’ve experienced how personal insight, understanding and profound change can be gained from effective counselling, and I hope I can support you on your journey of self-exploration.
I’m an integrative person-centred counsellor. Whether relating to your past life experiences, present circumstances, or future decisions, I can offer support to meet your needs. I work with clients on a range of topics including:
