Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Jamie and I provide both short and long term counselling via face to face, telephone or online. I have extensive training and experience in helping adults aged 18 and above through their difficulties. I am passionate to provide my clients the best service by being dedicated to continuing my learning and professional development. I also have a special interest in supporting Dads with their mental health. Fatherhood isn’t just about raising children; it’s about understanding how the experience impacts your identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
I take a person-centred approach where I aim to build a solid therapeutic relationship with you in which you feel heard, valued, and accepted. I do this by being open, understanding, and not passing judgement in a safe place for you. I offer in person counselling sessions on Saturday's and I will be offering online counselling sessions on Thursday's soon.
I offer reduced rates for people on low income; please contact me to enquire about availability. I offer free initial assessment appointments which usually lasts approx. 20 minutes for you to discuss your needs and to see how I can help you.
