It takes real courage to begin counselling, and I have deep respect for anyone who takes that step. Opening up isn’t always easy, and I don’t take your trust for granted. My role is to create a space that feels safe, non-judgemental and steady—where you can explore what’s really going on, at your own pace.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to support each person as the individual they are. I offer sessions both online and in-person (from my home practice), and for those who find healing through creativity, I also offer therapeutic songwriting sessions.
People often come to me with experiences like anxiety, low mood, burnout, grief, feeling stuck or lost, the pain of unfulfilled dreams, or relationship struggles. You might be facing something hard to name—but you know it’s heavy, and you don’t want to carry it alone. Whatever brings you here, you’re welcome.
I offer a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit—feel free to get in touch if you’d like to arrange a time.
