I'm a counselor and psychotherapist with twenty years of experience of working with adults and young people. I offer a secure, warm, nurturing and confidential space, face to face or online. My approach is non-judgmental and empowering. I believe in offering you a space to help you through your difficulties at your own pace. I'm a accredited and registered counselor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have a Ba Hons degree counselling and am in my last year of my Master.
I work in all areas of difficulties due to my experience and continued research into the latest research around therapy and neurological science. Yet I specialize in supporting anxiety through the person centred process, sex addiction, relationship problems, depression, trauma and childhood trauma. I have alot of experience working with couples.
I believe in allowing people the space to explore what they need in the time they need to do this. The community group is known to be a place to grow experientially. From my years of training therapist and counselling people, I'm extending this type of therapeutic space for your personal development. This is open to anyone who feels they want to grow psychologically and deepen there understanding of themselves. It will help with anxiety, confidence and your self esteem.
