You are most welcome. Please hear that.
And… you are suffering. That much I know before we speak. I also know it’s difficult to be here, to be vulnerable and to meet with another in that place. I too have sat in your seat. I believe I also have a sense of why you are here. Not how life has played out recently, or how things were when you were a child, but this sense of dissatisfaction. I believe you are here because you have forgotten who you are...losing hope that you will ever have the courage to express your Self, feeling stuck in patterns of fear that don't serve your growth.
The fear that your hopes and dreams may pass you by is a healthy call to action. Yes, we can talk about history, relationships, traumas, health, anxiety, and for sure there is work to do in these areas, but my guess is what really keeps you awake at night, what niggles at you, is that you have never dared to really show up as you….to say how you really feel.
The challenge is to move from being a victim governed by our history to becoming a aware, a pioneer, forged by the unique adversity you have faced, and accepting whatever comes as an opportunity for growth. 'Know thyself' is an arduous journey and if that's a journey you feel ready for, I'm here to walk that path alongside you.
