I am a specialist Bereavement Therapist graceful kind and caring in my approach. I am not afraid of your emotions and can offer you a place to realise your courage and overcome your fear as you begin to make the changes in your life that you feel you wish to make.
I can support you by offering a non judgemental safe space, full of kindness and compassion.
