Hello, my name is James. I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor accredited by both the BACP and BABCP. offering short and long-term therapy solutions to suit various needs. The decision to embark on therapy can be a big one and I believe that finding someone with whom you feel comfortable working is vital.
My practice offers clients a warm, confidential, and non- judgemental space to identify and explore their struggles and work towards goals.
I am experienced in working with clients to help them gain understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and actions and reconnect with a sense of self- worth and confidence.
As an Integrative psychotherapist with full additional CBT training and accreditation I work with a number of therapeutic approaches (humanism, existential, CBT, attachment, ACT, DBT) to adapt and tailor things for each individual.
I am specialised in working with forms of anxiety (GAD, worry, OCD, panic) and self esteem difficulties.
I offer a free 15 minute phone/video consultation to see if we're the right fit together, discuss the key problems, how we may work together and answer some of the questions you may understandably have.
