I’m experienced in both Brief Therapy (6-12 sessions) and Longer Term (Open Ended) Therapy, whichever you prefer. I'm fully BACP registered with my own Private Practice, and providing Brief Therapy in the NHS. Im mainly Person-Centred, but also offer Integrative elements where appropriate, using tools and techniques from other therapies like CBT, ACT etc.
