I offer a professional, in-person or virtual therapeutic service to adults in a calm, relaxing space in central Norwich. My practice as a counsellor revolves around working together in an authentic, transparent and accepting way. Through this, it's hoped you will gain a new understanding / perspective of your experiences and work towards getting closer to your ideal version of yourself. In my practice I strive to provide an inclusive and respectful environment to allow clients to be their authentic selves without fear of judgement.
I have experience in working with a wide variety of areas including but not limited to: People and families affected by the impact of cancer, Side effects of treatment. Bereavement and Loss. Depression, Loneliness. Family issues. Anxiety. Sexuality, Gender identity. Self-esteem, Body image issues. Past and Current traumas.
Alongside my private practice I work as the Counselling Lead at Big C, Norfolk cancer support charity. In this role, I hold my own client caseload and manage the counselling service for the organisation across Norfolk, including supervising a team of counsellors. As part of this role, I deliver training throughout the year to the NHS.
