Asking for help can be a monumental decision that requires a lot of courage. Finding the right therapist can be an equally difficult task. A therapeutic relationship needs to feel safe and collaborative, as it can serve as a foundation for healing.
I'm a person-centred therapist offering a mindfulness-based approach to psychotherapy. My aim is to make therapy a safe and inviting space to creatively explore whatever is troubling you. At the heart of my practice is the emphasis on building a warm, empathic relationship based on trust, acceptance and authenticity.
In our first session, we'll meet to discuss what brings you to therapy, address any questions or concerns you might have, and see whether it feels right for us to work together. I love my work and consider it a privilege to help people on their journey.
