We cannot always think our way out of what hurts, we have to feel it, move with it, and live our way into something new. I work online, wherever you are in the UK. I offer online therapy and clinical supervision across the UK. I specialise in queer identity, shame, and life transitions, integrative and trauma-informed, listening for what is spoken and unspoken so healing is not only imagined but lived, felt, and carried into everyday life.
This is not therapy where you talk and I just listen. We work together through whatever you bring. You bring yourself, your story, your stuckness, and I bring clinical experience and honest presence.
