Whilst I typically work with clients who are experiencing anxiety or low mood, I have a special interest in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). I have extensive experience working in adult mental health and I am qualified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). I hold clinics in the evenings in either Newcastle or Hexham.
