You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’ve lost your way—but you don’t always know why, or how to make it stop. Maybe you've tried talking to friends, your parents, school or distracting yourself, but nothing really seems to help for long. You just want to feel better—to feel like you again.
As a counsellor, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace. Whether you're carrying past pain, navigating a stressful change, or feeling stuck in emotion you can't name, therapy can be the space where it starts to make sense.
Many of my clients and their parents, arrive unsure of what they need—they just know things don’t feel right. That’s okay. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear goal. Together, we’ll start from wherever you are and build a path forward.
In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and building trust. I aim to offer a calm, steady presence where you feel safe, supported, and never pressured. Whether you want to talk things through, or explore using creative methods or movement, we’ll find what works best for you.
