Whether it’s something from your past that you feel the need to process or a present day challenge such as low mood, anxiety, or addictive tendencies – it can be helpful to talk with a professional. I trust that my unique blend of skills & experience will help you find your way.
I look to adopt a non-pathologising, person-centred approach with the aim of helping you make sense of your difficulties. I take an integrative approach to therapy meaning that instead of relying solely on one particular type, I use a range of different modalities. I particularly favour Internal Family Systems and the Trauma Resiliency Model.
If you feel that I could be of service and you’d like to start working with me, please get in touch.
