Common areas of work include performance anxiety, self-confidence, emotional control, pre-performance routines, attentional control, mindfulness training, leadership skills and imagery training.
My studies in Sport Science (BSc) and Sport psychology (MSc) combined with my playing experiences at a high level across a number of sports (Football, Golf, Tennis, Cricket) place me in a good position to understand my clients needs. I have worked in 35+ sports across varying abilities and ages.
