I am an experienced therapist passionate about the potential that counselling in helping people overcome personal emotional difficulties. Fully qualified EMDR practitioner and IFS informed I help treat anxiety, depression, past trauma and/or relationship issues impact general functioning in all arias of our lives and cause ongoing cycles of emotional pain. I have had the pleasure of witnessing people overcome very difficult times and go on to have fulfilled, happy lives. I have personal experience and have an understanding where I can meet people where they're at. I know with the right help, anybody can overcome this and thrive.
I can help you unlock unconscious patterns to increase self awareness and empower you to make positive change. By unpacking old belief systems and increasing self- esteem and widening your horizons beyond the limitations you set yourself. We all have self limiting beliefs or patterns which limits our potential to access the life we really want and deserve.
