My training was integrative, although I primarily use a person centred approach, especially when we start our sessions together. As our work evolves, we can bring in CBT techniques or Gestalt therapy which focuses on the here and now, bringing new awareness to whatever current issues you are facing.

I have a personal interest in neurodiversity, which partly came about through my own family’s journey to diagnosis and also through working with young people.
