I offer a warm, respectful, non-judgemental space in which you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. I feel it is vitally important for you as the client to be able to feel safe in the Therapeutic relationship. To be able to trust me and not feel judged, to feel heard, understood and believed. I am Qualified in Person Centred Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy also Rewind Therapy.
I offer you a space where you will feel safe and be able to trust to open up, share and explore your feelings and thoughts. A space where you will be able to understand yourself and gain the ability to heal, empower and evolve.
There is no right or wrong way to do this, there is your own way, and together we find what suits you best, what feels right for you.
