I, alongside a team of consultant clinical psychologists, have many years experience in a range of areas including adult mental health, Autism, ADHD Assessments and treatment, anxiety, depression, trauma. We also work with couples and families & children. All of our colleagues are hand picked for specialist training and friendliness. I like to work on a very individual level, tailoring my therapy to suit your needs completely. I am trained in a broad range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Family Therapy. I am trained in different types of trauma work, EMDR, IFS and emotional focussed work.
