With over six years’ experience supporting people affected by trauma, sexual violence, abuse, anxiety, addiction and life’s challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to take that first step. My approach is tailored to you, helping you explore your experiences, build resilience and move towards lasting healing and positive change.
I provide Person-Centred Counselling, CBT, Clinical Hypnotherapy and the Rewind Technique for trauma, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. Together, we’ll work at your pace to help you feel empowered, regain confidence and create meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels right for you.
