I work with people who find themselves at a point where life no longer feels familiar — often following a significant change, loss, or life transition. You may feel disconnected from who you are, unsure how you arrived here, or struggling to make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t need to have clear answers before starting therapy; sometimes simply knowing that something feels out of balance is enough. My approach is person-centred and holistic, meaning I place your experience at the centre of our work and move at a pace that feels right for you.
I aim to offer a grounded, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. I work collaboratively and organically, adapting to each individual.
