When trauma isn’t resolved, its effects can linger, shaping how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. Some of the people I work with experience depression, anxiety, shame, dissociation, people-pleasing, or chronic self-criticism. Together, we can explore these patterns and build a greater sense of safety, self-trust, and resilience. I focus on building a real connection with you, allowing you space to feel heard, understood, and supported. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
I recognise that trauma is not only an emotional experience but can also be deeply held within the body, manifesting as distress, physical tension, or a sense of disconnection. I address this in my work and provide a supportive space to explore your experiences helping you to process and release what’s been held within.
