I am an integrative counsellor; my initial core training was in the person-centred model, but I also have training and experience in cognitive behaviour therapy, gestalt, and creative methods. I use psychoeducation, lived experience and my natural strengths as an AuDHD therapist to help you gain new insights and awareness.
