Starting counselling can feel daunting. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you and make sense of difficulties at your own pace. I work integratively, tailoring my approach to each individual’s experiences and needs. Alongside private practice, I work in an NHS Talking Therapies service as a senior therapist and Health Inequalities Lead, supporting adults with anxiety and depression. I also have experience working with individuals affected by traumatic brain injury (TBI) and their families. I am a trained Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT) practitioner.
I offer one-on-one counselling sessions, following an integrative approach in an emotionally supportive, confidential and relaxed atmosphere. I am an accredited dynamic interpersonal practitoner.
