Hallo I’m Jacquie, If you are feeling a bit ‘stuck’ or struggling to see a way forward, why not come and talk to me? The way I work can best be described by using a driving metaphor; I am the Sat Nav - I can help and advise you on the best route to take, help you negotiate problems and be with you throughout your journey, eventually arriving at where you wish to be. You, however, are the one doing the driving. We can work brilliantly together to make change a reality.
I’m an Integrative Therapist, meaning I am qualified in a range of techniques which I can draw upon when helping clients. I am a member of BACP, and also a qualified Hypnotherapist with membership of the General Hypnotherapy Register. This means that I can use both these skillsets to better help my clients achieve their goals.
I have had experience of both Counselling and Hypnotherapy as a client, so I know how beneficial they can be. I also realise how incredibly difficult it can be to take the first step. This is why I offer all potential clients a free half hour informal chat, to enable you to meet me, ask any questions and to see if I’m someone you feel you can talk to.
