As a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist who also works with hypnotherapy and Brainspotting, I will respond to your individual needs, working in a way that feels right for you. Having previously worked in the emergency services I have experience working with people who have gone through traumatic events and the effects this has on mental well being.
Meeting weekly or bi-weekly in a private and discrete location, offering short and long term integrative therapy which is available via morning, afternoon or evening appointments Monday to Saturday being 50 min or up to 1 1/2 hours in duration. There is ample off road parking on a private property.
