Hi, I’m Jacqui. I’m not here to fix you, I’m here to help you show up more fully in your life and relationships. Most people come to therapy because something isn’t working; they feel stuck, disconnected, or like they’re living on autopilot. I know that feeling. I’ve lived it too. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to face that honestly, and do something about it. I won’t sit back and nod while you talk in circles. I’ll ask you to slow down, notice what’s happening right now, and get curious about it. The way you show up in therapy says a lot about how you show up in life and that’s where our work begins.
If you’re bringing relationship issues, we’ll work with the relationship. If you feel numb, we’ll explore the numbness. I’ll challenge you when you need it and support you as you begin to relate to yourself, and others, in a new way. Therapy with me is active, alive, and honest. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s real and real is where change happens
And when all’s said and done, when we look back at life, it won’t be the job titles, bank accounts or neat decisions that matter. It’ll be the relationships: the ones we nurtured, the ones we lost, the ones we were brave enough to fight for.
