Hi there! I work with women struggling with difficult emotions and low self esteem. You may be seeking support through a specific life challenge or transition, to learn how to cope better, to explore painful or traumatic experiences or to change aspects of life that no longer serve you. I've worked as a counsellor in education, the NHS, and for charities supporting adults and young people. This included leading an online service for young people (under 25) and working with teens 1:1. I use humanistic and creative approaches alongside SFBT and trauma focussed therapy.
