Together, in the safe, empathic space of an attachment therapy, we look "under the bonnet" of your life, to help you gain more self-awareness and a stronger sense of self. We will make meaning out of your story and help you get unstuck and find ways to start living in a more personally fulfilling way.

My practices are conveniently located in Shoreditch, London and Hertfordshire. I also offer online therapy. My shoreditch office is just a short walk from Old Street tube station with a number of busses and other transport links at my doorstep.
