My practice is person-centred, and seeks to empower you in finding your best way forward. I can offer both secular and also faith based / Christian counselling - whatever approach feels right for you.
As an Integrative Counsellor, trained in Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic approaches, I can also work creatively as I’m a 3rd year Undergraduate student on Ulster University’s Fine Art course.

Each person I work with is unique, so I tailor my approach from collaborating with you, whether that is with Solution - Focused Therapy where we work to find your most suitable way forward, or with the use of some CBT to examine current thinking patterns. We can also revisit past experiences, and examine their influence on present day living.
During each 50 minute session I seek to provide warmth, and acceptance within the therapy space to help you achieve grounding and safety, so you can be real and face your deepest anxieties, vulnerability and traumas. I work with a variety of client challenges and offer online video, telephone, messaging and also face-to-face sessions.
