I am a very experienced therapist and Depth Psychologist having worked within the NHS and Private Practice for 30 years. I am a Senior Jungian Analyst, a Training Analyst, an Examiner and Supervisor. I specialise in working with people experiencing relationship difficulties, those suffering from depression, anxiety, low self esteem and intrusive thoughts. An emotional crisis is a call for personal growth, for insight and to a new path through life. The belief that symptoms have meaning leads to a more positive approach and outcome, so that suffering is not in vain but the prelude to a more meaningful life.
My main training in Analytical Psychology, also known as Depth Psychology has the great advantage of specialising in the interpretation of dreams. Working with dreams, understanding ones dreams provides new and invaluable insights bringing enrichment and healing which has never been more important or urgent for our mental health and well being.
It is well know that talking about emotional difficulties can be very cathartic, a safe confidential space where there is time to reflect. A space where non judgemental support can provide valuable new insights which can not only relieve suffering, relieve unwanted symptoms and initiate the healing process, but enable growth and foster self knowledge.
