I believe that all of us want to strive to be happier and more fulfilled than we currently are. We want to feel a connection with other people and to have a sense of well being and connection with the world around us.
My aim is to assist my clients to achieve their chosen goals, exploring options, resolving past issues, enabling resolution and progressing forward enhancing self esteem and confidence, understanding that the suffering of change is normal and can be a very difficult process. I can help people who are experiencing all levels of distress and unhappiness.
