A qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (ACCRED). The counselling models I use are Person Centre, Psychodynamic and Intercultural. The focus of my work is reparative, which is at the heart of what I do. I help people to understand and repair relationships. I provide a non-judgmental approach for people to talk through challenging feelings, thoughts and emotions, and life experiences. My working style is collaborative this is the bedrock in my work enabling adults, children , young people, couples and family groups to achieve their desired outcome. .

I have provided counselling and helped people in a variety of settings, for example, social care, urban community projects, schools and colleges and Survivors of domestic violence. In prisons and drugs and alcohol services. I work collaboration with young people and families, adults and couples.

I am aware that many life situations come unexpectedly and we don't always have the tools to manage them. I am also aware that a compassionate ear and a safe space is a beginning to help along with friendly face can make all the difference. If my space sounds right for you please contact me.
